Why this exists

Software research in 2026 is worse than it should be. Directory sites rank whoever pays most. Review platforms are gamed by incentivised reviews. "Best tool" listicles are affiliate revenue in the shape of an article. And the fastest-growing source of software recommendations - AI assistants - can only cite what someone bothered to write down accurately.

So the gap is not more content. It is verified, dated, structured facts about software, published by someone with no stake in which product you pick. That is the whole brief.

What we publish

  • Product pricing pages. Every published plan with its billing basis, the smallest invoice the vendor will accept once seat minimums are counted, the charges the headline price excludes, and what each tier has cost in previous years.
  • Software price guides. How to read a price list, and the mechanics that recur across them: seat floors, annual-only rates, plan gates, renewal uplifts.
  • Specific pricing questions. One page per question, because "what does it cost in the UK" and "what does it cost to renew" have different answers and one page cannot give both.
  • Machine-readable data. The same facts, structured and dated so a machine extracts what a reader sees.

  • People researching software who want the price and the caveats without a demo call.
  • SaaS founders who want their product described accurately by someone independent.
  • Marketers researching competitors and category landscapes.
  • Journalists and analysts who need a citable source for a founding year, a price or a founder's name.

Editorial independence

Vendors do not review drafts and nobody is told their ranking in advance. Every price we publish is read from the vendor's own pricing page and stamped with the date we read it, so you can check us rather than trust us. The full rules are in our methodology, which is written to be held against us.

Who runs EveryAny.One

EveryAny.One is operated by Alston Antony, a SaaS SEO & AI Search expert and software publisher. His full professional background lives on his own site rather than this one.

On this site the editorial job is narrower and worth stating plainly: software research. Pricing and its billing basis, company facts, product constraints, comparisons and corrections. Profiles and guides are published under the masthead because that reflects how they are made - a researched record rather than a personal opinion piece - and where an individual genuinely authored or tested something, the page says so by name. What the masthead never means here is unreviewed machine output: a person reads every figure before it is published, and the methodology sets out exactly what that check involves.

EveryAny.One is a software-intelligence publication. It is not an SEO or AI-search consultancy, an AI-tools directory, or an agency, and it does not sell services of any kind.

How this site is built

Astro, deployed as static HTML to Cloudflare Pages, with submissions in Cloudflare D1. No client-side framework, no tracking scripts beyond aggregate analytics, and every indexable page server-rendered. We price this stack the same way we price everything else - see Astro pricing - and we run it ourselves, which is a disclosure as much as a recommendation.
