Rippling pricing
Prices below were read from the vendor's own pricing page on 9 August 2026. Pricing model: quote only. No free trial is offered.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Custom quote | Contact sales | Negotiated | The pricing page is a form. You select services and Rippling returns a quote |
| Modules | Varies | per month | Priced per module across HCM, IT and Spend, typically per employee per month |
Which Rippling plan should you buy?
| Your situation | Recommended | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You want HR, IT and spend on one employee record | Request a quote | Nothing is published. Go in with the list of tools you intend to replace, because the quote depends on modules. |
| You need only an HRIS | Consider BambooHR instead | Published per-employee pricing and a faster implementation. You would use a tenth of Rippling. |
| You hire mainly abroad | Consider Deel instead | Deel is the specialist for employer of record, and it publishes its prices. |
| You need a number before a sales call | Expect not to get one | We checked on 9 August 2026 and found no dollar figure anywhere on the pricing page. It is a quote request form. |
| Offboarding security is your real problem | Request a quote | Closing accounts, wiping devices and reclaiming licences from one action is the genuine differentiator and the strongest reason to pay platform prices. |
Verdict by who you are
Fast-growing company with constant onboardingYes
One employee record across HR, identity and devices removes admin that otherwise falls through the gaps entirely.
Security-conscious IT teamYes
Offboarding that actually revokes access is a security control, not a convenience, and checklists get skipped.
Company wanting one module onlyNo
You would be paying platform prices for a point solution.
Buyer who must compare prices firstNo
No published pricing at all, so evaluation requires entering a sales process.

Our assessment
Rippling's architecture is the genuinely differentiated thing here. Because HR, device management and app access share one employee record, offboarding actually works: the account closes, the laptop is wiped and the software licences are reclaimed from one action, which in most companies is a checklist someone forgets. That is worth real money in both admin time and security. The reservation is commercial rather than technical. Rippling publishes no prices at all, so evaluating it means entering a sales process before you know whether it is affordable, and the modular structure means the quote depends on choices you may not yet understand. Its value also concentrates in companies that adopt several modules; buy one and you are paying platform prices for a point solution.
What works in Rippling
- Single employee record across HR, IT and spend genuinely reduces admin
- Offboarding closes accounts, wipes devices and reclaims licences at once
- Very broad module coverage, including global payroll
- Strong workflow automation across otherwise separate systems
What doesn't
- No published pricing whatsoever, so comparison requires a sales call
- Value depends on adopting multiple modules
- Module-based quoting makes costs hard to predict as you grow
- More platform than a small team needing only payroll requires

There is no price list
This is the most useful thing we can tell you before you invest time. Rippling’s pricing page contains no figures. It says “Tell us what services you need, and we’ll send you a custom quote” and presents a form asking for your details and headcount.
We checked on 9 August 2026 and found not a single dollar amount on the page. Any specific Rippling price you read elsewhere is either someone’s quote or an estimate, not a published rate.
Practically, that means:
- You cannot budget for Rippling from public information
- Comparison shopping requires entering a sales process
- Your price depends on which modules you select, and the modules are numerous
None of that makes it a bad product. It does make it a slow one to evaluate, and if you need a number this quarter, BambooHR and Deel both publish theirs.
The one-record architecture is the real product
Most companies run an HRIS, an identity provider, a device manager and an expense tool, and glue them together with integrations that drift. Rippling puts them on one employee record.
The clearest illustration is offboarding. When someone leaves, one action can end payroll, revoke Google and Slack access, reclaim SaaS licences, freeze the corporate card and trigger a device wipe and return shipment. In a stack of separate tools this is a checklist, and checklists get skipped, which is how former employees keep access to systems for months.
That is a security argument as much as an HR one, and it is why Rippling can charge platform prices.
Where it makes less sense
If you want an HRIS and nothing else, you are buying an integrated platform and using a tenth of it. If your hiring is mostly international, Deel’s employer-of-record coverage is the more specialised tool. And if you are a small US business whose real need is running payroll correctly, simpler products will get you there faster and cheaper.
Rippling rewards consolidation. Judge it on how many of your current tools it would actually replace, then ask for the quote with that list in hand.
