What changed

The domain has an existing web history. Rather than pretend otherwise, this page states the change plainly, so that anyone arriving through a historical link knows what they have reached and can find what they need.

What did not change is the domain. What changed is the publication on it: its subject matter, its editorial standards and the people producing it.

What was here before, and how we know

This publication asks readers to check its facts rather than trust them, which would be a poor standard to apply everywhere except to itself. So the domain's history is stated the same way a price is: named, sourced, and dated.

This domain previously served Every Anyone, a consumer product from the AI company Metaphysic that generated a photorealistic avatar of its user from uploaded photos and minted it as an NFT. Three contemporary articles are the evidence. Each was read in full on the date shown, and each still carries its own live link to this domain - which is also why a reader occasionally arrives here from a piece about synthetic media and finds a software publication instead.

What they establish, in their own words: Metaphysic "started a side project called Every Anyone that allows a person to upload a simple selfie and generate a realistic deepfake of themselves that is also linked to a non-fungible token" (Fortune). Sifted, that April, described the company as "offering their service, called Every Anyone, for free, with users just having to spend an estimated $20 for the NFT minting fees".

The product is gone. Its own page at metaphysic.ai/everyanyone/ returns 404, and metaphysic.ai no longer serves a site of its own, which is why old links into the previous site cannot be recovered rather than merely redirected. Both checked on 19 August 2026.

What we are not claiming

Being precise here matters more than sounding established. EveryAny.One makes no claim of:

• ownership of Metaphysic, or of any company previously associated with this domain
• legal continuity with, or succession from, any former operator
• access to former users, accounts or customer data
• affiliation, partnership or endorsement by any former operator
• ownership of historical trademarks, brands or products

The current publication is independent. Where a real legal relationship exists with any organisation, it is disclosed on the page it affects. None exists today.

What we publish now

The publication is built around a single unit: a software profile carrying structured, dated facts. Pricing with its billing basis, free plan and trial terms, the founding team, platform and API availability, integrations, and an explicit statement of who the product is not for. Alongside those sit ranked comparison guides and editorial on how software is actually bought.

Where AI fits

AI remains part of what we cover, as a software category rather than as the identity of the site. AI products are profiled with the same template and the same verification rules as every other category. Nothing about the AI category is treated differently: the same pricing, plan-limit and buyer-fit rules apply to an AI assistant as to an accounting tool.

If you followed an old link

Historical URLs are unlikely to resolve to equivalent pages, because the subject matter changed. The fastest routes are the directory and the blog.
