Dynamics 365 CRM Cost Per User
Dynamics 365 CRM cost per user starts at $65.00 a month on Sales Professional and reaches $150.00 a month on Sales Premium. Three plans carry a published figure and everything above them is quoted. The important part is what a seat actually buys: one application, not the Dynamics platform.
Short answer Dynamics 365 Sales costs $65.00, $105.00 or $150.00 per user a month, with a 30-day trial and no free plan. Other Dynamics applications are licensed and priced separately.

The three published per-user prices
Read from Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Sales pricing page on 19 August 2026. Each figure is per user a month.
- Sales Professional, $65.00 - core sales force automation and pipeline management
- Sales Enterprise, $105.00 - adds customisation, forecasting and Copilot agentic features
- Sales Premium, $150.00 - adds conversation intelligence and predictive scoring
- The step from Professional to Enterprise is $40.00 a user a month, or $480.00 a year
A seat covers one application
This is the single most expensive misreading of the price list. Dynamics 365 is not one product with tiers; Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance and Supply Chain are separately licensed applications with their own prices.
- The figures above are Sales only. They do not include Customer Service or Field Service.
- An organisation buying CRM and ERP is buying several products, not a higher tier of one.
- Attach pricing for a user's second and subsequent applications differs from the first, so a multi-application seat is not simply the sum of the list prices.
What ten seats costs over a year
- Sales Professional, ten users - $7,800.00 a year
- Sales Enterprise, ten users - $12,600.00 a year
- Sales Premium, ten users - $18,000.00 a year
- The trial is 30 days and needs no commitment. There is no free tier at any seat count, which separates Dynamics from most CRMs at the entry end of the market.
List price is where the negotiation starts
Published per-user figures are the starting point rather than what most organisations pay. Dynamics is frequently negotiated inside a wider Microsoft agreement alongside Microsoft 365 and Azure, and the effective rate can sit materially below list. If you are already a substantial Microsoft customer that is the strongest commercial argument for choosing it, and it will never appear on a pricing page.
Three things to confirm before you sign
Each of these changes the per-user figure you end up paying, and none of them is answered by the price list on its own.
- Which applications the seat needs. Price Sales, Customer Service and anything else together, including the attach rate for the second and subsequent applications on the same user.
- Which tier the Copilot capability you were shown sits in. The agentic features are Sales Enterprise at $105.00 and above, so a demo built on them puts the floor $40.00 a user a month above Professional.
- Whether the seat count is committed for the term. The published figures are subscription rates, and the 30-day trial is the only uncommitted way in.
Related questions
- Is there a cheaper Dynamics 365 CRM plan than Sales Professional?
- Not among the published Sales plans. $65.00 per user a month is the lowest figure Microsoft prints for Dynamics 365 Sales, and there is no free tier beneath it.
- Does the Dynamics 365 per-user price include Customer Service?
- No. Customer Service is a separately licensed application with its own price. The $65.00 to $150.00 range covers Sales alone.
- How long is the Dynamics 365 free trial?
- 30 days. There is no free plan after it.
