Microsoft 365 UK pricing for business starts at £4.20 per user a month on Business Basic without Teams and reaches £24.60 on Business Premium with Copilot, all on an annual subscription paid yearly. Every price on Microsoft's UK page excludes VAT, and every business plan comes in two versions, with Teams and without it. The version without Teams is always the lower price.

What ten users pay in a year, with VAT
Microsoft's UK prices exclude VAT, and the standard rate is 20%, per GOV.UK. For a ten-person business on annual payment:
- Business Basic, £648.00 a year before VAT and £777.60 with it
- Business Basic without Teams, £504.00 a year, or £604.80 with VAT
- Business Standard with Copilot, £2,172.00 a year, or £2,606.40 with VAT
- Business Premium with Copilot, £2,952.00 a year, or £3,542.40 with VAT
What Teams adds to each plan
The difference between the two versions of a plan is the price of Teams inside it, and it is not the same on every tier.
- On Business Basic, Teams adds £1.20 per user a month, £144.00 a year for ten users
- On Business Standard with Copilot, it adds £2.50 a user, £300.00 a year for ten
- On Business Premium with Copilot, it also adds £2.50 a user a month
The UK refund window is seven days
Once a paid subscription begins, Microsoft's UK page gives a 7-day cancellation window for a prorated refund. After that the commitment decides what leaving costs: a monthly commitment can be cancelled at any time without penalty, an annual commitment paid monthly may carry penalties if cancelled early, and an annual commitment paid upfront is not refunded if cancelled before the term ends. The monthly-commitment price itself is not shown on the UK plans page, so it is not given here.
The business plans stop at 300 users
Microsoft states that its business plans are designed for organisations with up to 300 users, and that the limit applies across the whole family of business plans rather than to each one: a tenant with 250 Business Premium seats can add only 50 more of any business plan. Above 300 users, Microsoft points organisations to its enterprise plans, which carry no price on this page.
