Microsoft Teams costs £3.10 per user a month in the UK on Teams Essentials, the standalone plan, or comes inside Microsoft 365 Business Basic at £5.40 with business email and web apps. Both are paid yearly and exclude VAT. Phone calling is a separate line on every plan, from £7.70 for Teams Phone Standard to £26.10 with domestic and international calling.

None of the plans above makes or takes phone calls. Teams Phone is bought per user on top, and Microsoft states that Teams Phone Standard needs an eligible Microsoft 365 plan or Teams licence.
